About the Site
Chapel Ghost is a repository of all my occultic and spiritual interests and knowledge—something akin to a mystical digital garden. You will find all sorts of curiosities here: rites and workings, charms and prayers, DIYs and recipes, information on divination and astrology, and the lore of plants, animals, and spirits of all varieties. None of the information contained herein is representative of any larger tradition—it's a patchwork specific to me and my experience. Even still, I hope you'll find something valuable here, or at least something interesting. Take what resonates, and leave what doesn't.
About the Author
My practice can be best described as a mixture of weird Christianity, scraps of polytheism, ancestor and spirit work, historical and folkloric witchcraft, and bioregional animism. My spritual worldview is syncretic, panentheistic, and deeply curious. I'm most inspired by the folk practices of various European nations (England, Wales, France, Spain, and Italy), classic Western occultism and grimoire traditions, medieval Christian mysticism, and shit I made up things that came to me through dreams and intuition.
